Annual Meeting

An annual organizational meeting is held each year to plan the activities for the upcoming tennis season. Activities will usually include:

• establishing the Executive Committee for the year

• request volunteers for various club activities and roles

• set dates for the various club functions

• review financial status

• discuss maintenance activities and capital projects

• spring league information and signup

This year's meeting will be held on Wednesday April 16, 2008 at 7:00 PM at the Davidson Center in the Sun Room. Notification will be provided via Email or newspaper announcement.
